Terms of Service

Last updated: August 16, 2026

The rules for using this site, what we do and don't promise, and how disputes get resolved.

1. Accepting these terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and P50 Digital LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), which owns and operates HighSpeed5G.com. By using this website or submitting a form on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Our role and our relationship with T-Mobile

We are an independent authorized retailer of T-Mobile. We help consumers check availability and sign up for T-Mobile home internet service. Read that carefully, because it means:

3. Eligibility and your information

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use this site and submit a form. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to submit only a phone number and email address that you own or are authorized to use. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or missed contact resulting from information you entered incorrectly.

4. No guarantee of service, price, or speed

Plan names, pricing, promotional offers, speeds, equipment, and availability are set solely by T-Mobile and change without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a guarantee. Speeds shown are typical ranges and your actual performance depends on your distance from the tower, network congestion, terrain, building materials, and other factors outside anyone's control. 5G home internet is not available at every address, and availability at a neighboring address does not mean it is available at yours. Final eligibility, pricing, and terms are confirmed only at the time your order is placed with T-Mobile.

By submitting your information, you give prior express written consent for P50 Digital LLC to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided — including by automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, and SMS text — about T-Mobile home internet and related products, even if your number appears on any federal, state, or corporate Do Not Call registry. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.

This consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling a representative to stop calling, using an email unsubscribe link, or emailing privacy@highspeed5g.com. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Electronic communications

By using this site, you consent to receive communications and records from us electronically. Your consent to electronic records, the hardware and software you need to receive them, and your right to withdraw that consent and request paper copies are described in our E-SIGN Consent, which is part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to submit false, stolen, or third-party information without permission; to scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content; to introduce malware or attempt to breach our systems; to interfere with the site's operation; or to use it for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse service, remove submissions, or block access at our discretion.

8. Intellectual property

The layout, text, graphics, and code of this site are owned by P50 Digital LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

Trademark notice. T-Mobile, the T logo, the magenta color, and related marks are registered trademarks of Deutsche Telekom AG, used on this site under authorization granted to us as an authorized retailer. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our use of these marks does not imply that T-Mobile endorses or operates this website.

9. Third-party sites

This site may link to sites we do not control, including T-Mobile's. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Review their terms and privacy policies before using them.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is accurate, complete, or current. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, P50 Digital LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this site or any service obtained through it, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory, even if we were advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred United States dollars ($100). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless P50 Digital LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the site, your submission of information that is false or that you were not authorized to provide, or your violation of these terms or of any law or third-party right.

13. Disputes, arbitration, and class action waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court and to participate in a class action. It contains a 30-day opt-out that costs you nothing.

Informal resolution first

Before starting an arbitration, you agree to email support@highspeed5g.com with a description of the dispute and the relief you want. We will do the same for any claim we have against you. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may begin arbitration.

Binding arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, this website, or our communications with you that is not resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitrator's decision is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Arbitration will take place in Palm Beach County, Florida, or, at your election, in your home county or by telephone or video.

Class action waiver

You and we each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim proceeds in court and the rest of this section still applies to all other claims.

Exceptions

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights. Nothing here prevents you from reporting a concern to a government agency.

Your 30-day right to opt out

You may opt out of this arbitration and class waiver section by emailing support@highspeed5g.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of first accepting these terms, including your name, address, and the phone number or email you used. Opting out will not affect any other part of these terms, and it will not affect our relationship with you in any way.

14. General terms

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where arbitration does not apply, the exclusive venue is the state or federal courts in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Changes. We may revise these terms. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date will change. Material changes will be made prominent. Continuing to use the site means you accept the revised terms. Changes to section 13 do not apply retroactively to a dispute already noticed.

Severability and waiver. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

Entire agreement. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and E-SIGN Consent, are the entire agreement between you and us about this website.
