HighSpeed5G.com is owned and operated by P50 Digital LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company located in Jacksonville, Florida. We are an independent authorized retailer of T-Mobile. We are not T-Mobile USA, Inc., we are not owned by T-Mobile, and we do not provide internet service ourselves. T-Mobile handles its own customer data under its own privacy notice once you become a T-Mobile customer.
This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the phone, text, and email contact that follows from it.
When you submit a form on this site, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code. If you go on to speak with a specialist, we may also collect your full service address, information about your current internet provider and bill, and details needed to place an order with T-Mobile.
When you visit, we and our analytics and advertising providers automatically receive your IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and similar technical data, along with any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through (for example utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid, or fbclid).
When you submit a form, we record the exact date and time, the page you were on, the wording of the consent language displayed to you, and your browser's user agent string. We keep this as proof of the consent you gave, which protects both of us.
We share your personal information only in these situations:
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, and we do not share it with unaffiliated companies for their own independent marketing. Your contact information is used to serve your request for T-Mobile home internet, not resold as a lead to other advertisers.
Sharing with advertising platforms for measurement may still qualify as "sharing" for targeted advertising under some state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time — see section 10.
When you submit a form on this site, you give prior express written consent for P50 Digital LLC to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided, including through an automatic telephone dialing system, a prerecorded or artificial voice, and SMS text messages, about T-Mobile home internet and related products — even if your number is listed on a federal, state, or corporate Do Not Call registry.
This consent is never a condition of buying anything. You can get the same information and the same pricing by calling us at (888) 686-0347 without giving consent to be contacted.
You may withdraw consent at any time and by any reasonable means. The fastest options:
We honor revocation requests promptly and in all cases within ten business days. We maintain an internal Do Not Call list and we honor the National Do Not Call Registry.
If you consent to texts, message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to run and measure this site, including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4. These help us understand which ads bring visitors here and how those visitors use the site, and they allow those platforms to show you related ads elsewhere.

Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing privacy@highspeed5g.com with "Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond within 45 days. If we deny your appeal, you may contact your state attorney general.
You can submit an opt-out request on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, or by emailing privacy@highspeed5g.com with the subject "Do Not Sell My Info." No account is needed and we do not require you to verify your identity to opt out.
This site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
